About
I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Analytics and Information Systems at the Williams College of Business, Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.
I received my Ph.D. in Operations Management from the University of Rochester in 2020. I graduated with dual degrees (bachelor and master of technology) in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India, in 2014.
My research examines operational decision-making in digital platforms, service systems, supply chains, and technology-enabled markets. I use analytical modeling, game theory, mechanism design and queueing theory to study platform operations, service design, pricing, congestion, artificial intelligence, and strategic interactions among firms and customers.
